Wiselayne, operated by Silvasiyaa Private Limited, is a digital educational and self-improvement platform. These Terms govern access to and use of our Platform, customer Accounts, digital library, Products, Intellectual Property, and Anti-Piracy policies.

Wiselayne, operated by Silvasiyaa Private Limited, is a consumer-facing digital educational and self-improvement platform offering electronic guides, structured protocols, personal development resources, wellness material, and lifestyle content.
Key defined terms used throughout these Terms:
- Customer / User: Any person who accesses, registers on, purchases from, or uses the Platform.
- Platform: Wiselayne website, digital library, user accounts, and associated digital interfaces.
- Digital Product: Downloadable PDF guides, protocols, systems, or digital resources supplied electronically.
- Content: Text, graphics, illustrations, PDFs, code, branding, and proprietary assets on the Platform.
2.Eligibility & User Accounts
Users represent that they are legally competent to enter binding contracts under applicable law (at least 18 years old, or accessing under parent/legal guardian permission and supervision). Parents or legal guardians remain legally responsible for minor activity.
Users must provide accurate registration details (name, email, authentication info), maintain account security, and keep credentials confidential. Accounts cannot be sold, rented, or shared with third parties.
3.Digital Products & Electronic Delivery
All Wiselayne Products are digital and supplied electronically, primarily as downloadable PDF files. No physical delivery applies. Access is made available immediately following successful payment through the user account digital library or instant download links.
"Lifetime access" grants ongoing retrieval subject to platform operational availability and compliance with these Terms. Wiselayne may modify technical systems as reasonably required by operational needs.
4.Nature & Educational Purpose of Products
Products are intended strictly for educational, self-directed improvement, and informational purposes. Products do NOT constitute individualised medical diagnosis, psychological treatment, legal, financial, or specialised professional advice.

5.Pricing, Payment & Order Confirmation
Prices are displayed in applicable currencies. Payments are processed securely via authorized third-party gateways. Wiselayne does not capture or store complete credit card or banking details directly on its servers.
6. Single-User Personal Licence Grant
Upon successful purchase, Wiselayne grants the customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and read the Product for personal, non-commercial use on personal devices. Purchase does NOT transfer copyright or intellectual property ownership.
7.Intellectual Property & Content Usage Policy
All intellectual property rights forming part of the Wiselayne Platform, Digital Products, PDF guides, text, illustrations, graphics, videos, logos, trademarks, website layout, code, and compilations belong exclusively to Wiselayne, Silvasiyaa Private Limited, or respective rights holders.
Except as expressly authorized in writing by Wiselayne, users are strictly prohibited from:
- Copying, reproducing, or duplicating guide materials
- Reselling, renting, leasing, or licensing Products
- Publicly uploading files to cloud storage or websites
- Sharing download links or credentials with third parties
- Creating derivative works or commercial summaries
- Modifying, re-branding, or exploiting Wiselayne content
8.Anti-Piracy & Zero-Tolerance Enforcement
Wiselayne actively monitors search engines, file-hosting platforms, cloud drives, Telegram channels, and unauthorized forums. DMCA takedown notices, host abuse complaints, and pre-litigation cease & desist demands are issued immediately upon detecting leaked materials.
9.Digital Watermarking & File Tracking
Wiselayne PDF files incorporate dynamic digital watermarks, invisible metadata markers, and transaction identifiers linked to the purchaser's account details. Leaked or pirated files will be traced back to the purchasing account to enforce legal remedies and civil damages.
10.Prohibited Activities & Conduct
Users must not provide false details, hack or disrupt Platform systems, scrape data, bypass payment gateways, share download credentials, initiate fraudulent chargebacks, or harass support representatives.
11.Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform and Products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Wiselayne and its officers, employees, and contractors are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages. Aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific Product.
12.Account Suspension & Termination
Wiselayne may suspend or terminate account access where these Terms are violated, fraud is suspected, or products are unlawfully redistributed.
13.Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the competent courts having jurisdiction, subject to applicable statutory rights.
