Intellectual Property & Content Usage Policy

1. Ownership of Platform Content

All intellectual property forming part of the Wiselayne Platform or Products belongs to Wiselayne, Silvasiyaa Private Limited, their licensors, or respective rights holders.

2. Protected Material

Protected material includes:

• Digital Products, PDF guides, text, articles, graphics, illustrations, and photographs;
• Videos, logos, trademarks, service marks, designs, website layouts;
• Software, databases, compilations, and proprietary materials.

3. Copyright

Copyright in all original Wiselayne content remains with the relevant rights holder. Purchase of a Product does not transfer copyright ownership.

4. Trademarks

Wiselayne names, logos, marks, and branding constitute protected trademarks. Access to the Platform does not grant any trademark license.

5. Digital Products

Digital Products are licensed to customers for personal use. Customers acquire access, not ownership of underlying IP.

6. Personal Use Licence

Wiselayne grants purchasing customers a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use purchased Products for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. No Resale

Customers shall not resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or commercially distribute purchased Products.

8. No Redistribution

Customers shall not distribute purchased Products via email, social media, messaging channels, cloud folders, or any medium.

9. No Public Upload

Uploading Products to public cloud folders, forums, social media, or file-sharing portals is strictly prohibited.

10. No Commercial Exploitation

Wiselayne Products may not be used in commercial courses, memberships, coaching programs, or paid offerings without written permission.

11. No Modification for Sale

Customers shall not modify, translate, or repackage Wiselayne content for sale.

12. No Derivative Products

Creation of products substantially derived from Wiselayne proprietary materials for commercial distribution is prohibited.

13. No Unauthorised Sharing of Access

Sharing individual download links or account login credentials is prohibited.

14. Screenshots and Extraction

Systematic copying, extraction, or reconstruction of substantial portions of Products is prohibited.

15. Reverse Engineering

Attempting to reverse engineer or decompile underlying website software is prohibited.

16. Website Content

Website text and graphics may not be scraped, copied, or commercially exploited.

17. Customer Submissions

Customers submitting reviews or feedback grant Wiselayne a licence to process and display the content for platform operations.

18. Customer Warranties

Customers represent that submitted feedback or content does not infringe third-party rights.

19. Feedback

Feedback provided regarding Products may be used to improve features without creating customer ownership in resulting updates.

20. Third Party Material

Third-party content accessible through Wiselayne remains subject to respective rights holders.
