Anti-Piracy & Unauthorised Distribution Policy
Wiselayne ("Wiselayne", "we", "us", "our"), operated by Silvasiyaa Private Limited, is committed to protecting its intellectual property, Digital Products, educational materials, and proprietary content.
1. Purpose of this Policy
The purpose of this Policy is to protect Wiselayne's proprietary content against unauthorised use and distribution and to ensure that Digital Products purchased by customers are used only in accordance with the rights granted to the purchasing customer.
Wiselayne invests resources in the creation, development, editing, design, publication, technology, maintenance and distribution of its Digital Products and other content. Unauthorised copying or distribution causes substantial harm to the Company and infringes applicable intellectual property rights.
2. Protected Wiselayne Content
"Protected Content" includes, without limitation:
- e-books, PDFs, digital guides, workbooks, courses, and educational materials;
- Downloadable files, written materials, articles, templates, and worksheets;
- Graphics, illustrations, photographs, videos, audio content, and presentations;
- Designs, website content, proprietary frameworks, exercises, compilations, and databases;
- Logos, trademarks, branding, product descriptions, original concepts, and any other proprietary material made available by Wiselayne.
3. Ownership of Protected Content
Unless expressly stated otherwise, all intellectual property rights in and to Wiselayne's Protected Content belong to Wiselayne, Silvasiyaa Private Limited, its licensors or applicable rights holders. Purchase, access, or downloading of a Digital Product does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property to the customer.
4. Limited Personal Use
A customer who purchases a Wiselayne Digital Product receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to access and use that Product for their own personal and lawful purposes only. Such access does not permit commercial exploitation, reproduction, or distribution.
5. Prohibition on Copying
Customers shall not, without prior written authorisation from Wiselayne:
- Copy an entire Digital Product or reproduce substantial portions;
- Duplicate files or reproduce the Product in another format;
- Scan or reproduce printed copies or create unauthorised copies for other persons;
- Otherwise reproduce Protected Content beyond permitted personal use.
7. Prohibition on Resale
Wiselayne Digital Products may not be resold, sublicensed, transferred, assigned, rented, leased, or commercially distributed. A customer may not purchase a Product and subsequently sell or offer it to another person in original or modified form.
8. Prohibition on Online Uploading
Customers shall not upload Wiselayne's Protected Content to websites, blogs, social media platforms, cloud storage, file-sharing platforms, forums, online marketplaces, public repositories, or messaging groups.
9.Messaging & Private Group Distribution
Unauthorised distribution through private or closed groups (including WhatsApp groups, Telegram groups/channels, private messaging groups, and email distribution lists) is strictly prohibited. Private status does not make unauthorised distribution permissible.
10.File Sharing & Piracy Platforms
Customers shall not upload, seed, host, or distribute Wiselayne Digital Products via torrent networks, file-sharing websites, unauthorised download portals, digital libraries, or link-sharing services.
11.Account & Credential Sharing
Customers must keep login credentials confidential. Account selling, credential transfer, or enabling unauthorised access to purchased Products is strictly prohibited.
12.Unauthorised Recording & Capture
Where Products or streamable content are delivered, customers shall not record, screen-record, capture, reproduce streamed material, or extract downloadable files through unauthorised technical methods.
13. Removal of Copyright Notices
Customers shall not remove, conceal, alter, or obscure copyright notices, trademarks, watermarks, Digital Rights Management (DRM) metadata, or ownership statements embedded in Protected Content.
14.Derivative Content & Modification
Customers shall not modify or adapt Protected Content to create competing or commercially exploitable derivative products.
15. Commercial Exploitation
Protected Content shall not be commercially exploited (including resale, licensing, paid workshops, or inclusion in paid subscription offerings) without express prior written consent.
17.Reviews, Excerpts & Fair Use
Nothing in this Policy prohibits uses expressly permitted under applicable law, such as legally permissible quotation, criticism, or reporting within fair use boundaries.
18.Detection & Monitoring
Wiselayne employs technological and administrative measures (digital identifiers, visible/invisible watermarking, download tracking logs) to identify suspected unauthorised distribution.

We encourage reporting of unauthorized distribution. Reports can be submitted with links, screenshots, or details to:

20.Takedown & Enforcement Action
Wiselayne takes immediate action upon receiving credible infringement reports, including legal takedown notices, account blocking, legal remedies, and platform escalation.
21. Suspension or Termination of Access
Customers engaged in piracy or unauthorised distribution are subject to immediate account termination without entitlement to a refund.
22.Refunds & Ownership
Issuance of a refund revokes all access rights and requires immediate cessation of use of the Product.
23. Customer Liability
Infringing customers remain liable for statutory damages, legal costs, and economic losses resulting from unauthorised distribution.
24. Legal Remedies
Wiselayne reserves all civil, contractual, and criminal remedies available under applicable laws of India and international IP treaties.
25.Third Party Content & Rights
Third party materials incorporated within Products remain subject to their respective rights holders.
26. No Waiver of IP Rights
Failure or delay in enforcing rights does not constitute a waiver of future enforcement.
27. Relationship with Intellectual Property Policy
This Policy supplements Wiselayne's broader Intellectual Property & Content Usage Policy.
28.Relationship with Terms & Conditions
Breach of this Policy constitutes a material breach of Wiselayne Terms & Conditions.
29. Policy Updates
Wiselayne may update this Policy periodically. Continued platform use signifies acceptance of updated versions.
30.Statutory Rights & Contact
Nothing in this Policy excludes non-waivable statutory rights.

Substantial portions of Protected Content may not be posted on social media or public channels. Permitted brief references must clearly identify Wiselayne as the source.
