Once a file link has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered, the product is considered used and therefore non-returnable.

Refunds are evaluated and approved on a case-by-case basis under the following verified conditions:

You were charged more than once for the same purchase due to a payment processing gateway error.
b) Non-Delivery
You did not receive the product or access link due to a verified technical issue originating from our servers.
c) Corrupted or Defective Files
